Sheer Gur Khan is a major deity with largely unknown motives and ambitions. Most notably he has had relations with the fae, other Rakshasa, and the Tabaxi. He does seek to influence Ard Al-Mi'ad via minions and has a desire to amass more followers. His kingdom is hierarchical in nature and is not part of the Prime Material Plane.
