Sheer Gur Khan is a major deity with largely unknown motives and ambitions.  Most notably he has had relations with the [[fae]], other [[Rakshasa]], and the [[Tabaxi]].  He does seek to influence [[ard_al-mi_ad|Ard Al-Mi'ad]] via minions and has a desire to amass more followers.  His kingdom is hierarchical in nature and is not part of the [[Prime Material Plane]].
